Same heart. New chapter. A whole lot to look forward to.
If there's one thing this career teaches us, it's that life is constantly changing. Sometimes those changes are exciting, sometimes they're bittersweet, and sometimes they're a little bit of both.
Today, we're sharing one of those bittersweet moments with our Life & Sirens family.
After a lot of conversations, reflection, and a thoughtful decision made together, our original crew of Jaime Wesley, Aubrey Lukis, and Sophie Fuller has decided it's time for a change.
The truth is, we're all navigating different seasons of life. Between our careers, families, personal goals, and everything that happens outside the ambulance, we've each had to think about where our time and energy are best spent. And part of being a good crew is supporting one another, even when that means things look a little different than they used to.
So, with a whole lot of gratitude for where we've been, we're excited to share that Life & Sirens will be moving forward with Sophie Fuller and Hanna Spanyer as your co-hosts!
But first, we want to give some love to the people who helped make this possible.
Life & Sirens started with three friends, a shared love for EMS, and a belief that the conversations we have behind the scenes deserve a place at the microphone. What followed was a lot of laughter, learning, late nights, big ideas, and the occasional chaos that comes with trying to build something from scratch.
Jaime and Aubrey have poured so much of themselves into this podcast, and their contributions will always be part of its foundation. We're incredibly proud of what we've created together, and even more grateful for the friendships and memories that came with it.
And don't worry, this isn't the last you'll hear from them! While they're stepping away from regular hosting, there's always room for familiar voices around here. We hope to continue collaborating and bringing them back for special conversations along the way.

We're so excited to welcome Advanced Practice Paramedic, Hanna Spanyer as the newest voice of Life & Sirens!
Hanna brings a fresh perspective to the microphone, and we're looking forward to the conversations, ideas, and experiences she'll share with our listeners.
As we move into this next chapter, our heart for Life & Sirens remains exactly where it started: creating a space for honest conversations, meaningful education, a little humor, and the people behind the uniforms.
We have some exciting things ahead, and we can't wait to share them with you.
